Taking Care of Our Mental Health

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, our school psychologist, Ms. Despina Fahed, met with the CE1 students for an interactive session on emotional well-being. Through discussions and fun activities, the children learned to recognize their emotions, ask for help, practice calming breathing techniques, and adopt healthy daily habits.

A valuable moment reminding our students that taking care of their minds is just as important as taking care of their bodies. 💚
